Judy and David Johnsrud retired early from the corporate world. Dave’s mission was to spend five to six months in Canmore, Alberta, and the remainder in Phoenix, Arizona. Reverse snowbirds, if you will.
Judy’s mission was to work as a creative director who loves to bake for the foreseeable future. Then she met Dave and fell in love. Dave calls this retirement. Judy prefers to call it a permanent sabbatical.
Now, with a move to the Blue Ridge Mountains, all bets are off. We call it expanding our horizons.
